Training hours flexibility was the highlight
I'm generally satisfied with how the training and onboarding was designed around the actual hours I work. The sessions were not strictly tied to traditional office times, which felt really considerate. Sometimes I had to balance other commitments, but the availability of recorded modules and flexible dial-in times helped a lot. It did make me realize that the scheduled interactive calls could have been placed more evenly throughout the week; sometimes they clustered in a way that felt a bit intense. Still, the fact that I could pace myself and catch up whenever I was free stood out the most. I guess the overall fit of training to my daily routine was decent enough, even if it was not perfect. It's the one part I would highlight as better than many other programs I've used, so I appreciated that more casual style of access rather than rigid schedules. In all, I felt the flexibility was a real plus in the onboarding journey.
