Training hours fit the plan, but the content felt uneven

The training scheduled overall matched the hours I planned to put in, so in that sense it was okay. However, the style of the sessions didn't always fit my learning preferences or pacing. Some parts of the training were helpful and on point, particularly the early modules that explained the software and onboarding steps. Those made sense and were digestible in the time offered. But other sections, such as the advanced use of the database features, felt rushed or poorly timed relative to my schedule, which was frustrating. The telephonic support was available and sometimes useful but not always responsive enough when I needed quick clarification. Also, the payment and invoicing process went smoothly without surprises, so that was a plus in keeping things uncomplicated. The ongoing automatic updates were sometimes disruptive to workflows, requiring additional time that wasn’t originally accounted for. It wasn’t a wholly bad experience—it fit some of my working hours fine—but the mixed quality and timing issues make me feel neutral overall. I probably wouldn’t rate it higher or lower given the pros and cons balanced each other. So, the training hours were mostly fine, but I have serious reservations about how well the content and support aligned with my actual work plan.
