Training hours fit surprisingly well
When I first started with the onboarding and training program, I was worried about whether the schedule would fit with the hours I actually work. The sessions were thoughtfully timed, and they allowed some flexibility that matched my daily routine more closely than I'd expected. However, certain modules felt slightly rushed, perhaps because of the compressed timings in the later days. Still, I appreciated that the overall flow didn't demand strict, inflexible attendance. This made it easier for me to engage with the material at times that suited my usual work hours. As for the onboarding process, it was clear and systematic. Learning to use the calling tools and database features alongside the software itself helped me feel prepared for managing my workflow remotely. There wasn't a lot of unnecessary jargon, which I found quite refreshing. In the end, the training hours were suitable enough to feel like a good fit and not just a time commitment to tick off my list.
