Training hours didn’t match my actual working routine
Looking back, the training and onboarding schedule didn’t align well with the hours I typically work. Most sessions were planned during times when I’m either busy or offline, which meant I had to catch up later on my own. That made the whole process less efficient and a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the content shared during the training itself was quite relevant and detailed, so I did gain some useful skills. But the timing issue diminished the overall effectiveness, and I found myself skipping or postponing sessions more than I expected. It’s important that training modules consider the practical work hours of users to maximize impact.
