I was hopeful that the training schedule would be flexible enough to fit my actual work hours, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Despite their efforts, the onboarding sessions were often timed during hours when I was engaged with my other responsibilities, making it tough to fully focus or participate actively. While the training content itself was informative and the calling tools looked promising, the timing didn’t sync with my day-to-day routine. I really wanted that flexibility so I could absorb everything without rushing or distractions. So, while I learned some useful features, the mismatch made the overall experience less effective than I expected.
