Training hours: both a fit and a mismatch
When I first signed up for the training and onboarding, I hoped the schedules would align well with the hours I actually work daily. Initially, the onboarding process was straightforward, and the software tutorials felt well-structured. However, as it progressed, the live training sessions were often scheduled during times when I was either already working or unavailable, which made it tough for me to attend consistently. On the positive side, the recordings of these sessions were available, so I could catch up later, which helped somewhat. Still, it was frustrating to feel that the training wasn't designed considering varied work hours. The automated onboarding sequence guided me through key software features efficiently, but the timing for interactive sessions didn't gel well with my personal routine. Also, telephonic support was responsive when I needed help after hours, which I appreciated. So, while the content and software were generally good, the mismatch of training hours with my work schedule made onboarding a bit challenging. Overall, I see potential here, but more flexible timing would have improved my experience significantly.
