Training helped me set up well for ongoing use
What really worked for me with the training and onboarding was how they balanced one-off setup tasks with ongoing learning. When I started, the initial sessions focused on guiding me through the sign-up process, invoicing, and familiarizing myself with the calling tools and dialer features. These were clearly meant to be completed upfront, so I felt I had a solid foundation in place quickly. After that, the content shifted towards managing the database and understanding automatic updates. Rather than treating these as a one-time incident, the training emphasized that updates would occur over time, and knowing how to adapt was essential. I liked that since it helped me pace my learning and not get overwhelmed trying to master everything at once. The telephonic support also played a role in addressing questions that came up as I started actually using the software in real workflows. Overall, the outcome is that I can confidently say I’m set up well for the long haul rather than just temporarily prepared. So even if I don’t use every feature every day, I know where to find help or training refreshers when I need them. For the most part, the billing and payment processes felt straightforward and did not disrupt the training flow. This balance between immediate and ongoing learning made the whole experience feel practical and sustainable from my perspective.
