Training helped even if the initial modules were a bit basic
By the time my training session ended, I felt reasonably confident in handling the main parts of the WFHI software, especially the dialing tools and database features. The initial modules were quite straightforward and sometimes felt like a review of what I already knew, which made the early hours a bit slow going. However, as the sessions progressed, the trainers introduced real examples and step-by-step guides that made the onboarding more practical and easier to follow. I particularly valued the explanation of the automatic update system and how it integrates with the invoicing and payment process, as those parts are critical for my use. A small hiccup was that some advance features weren’t covered in depth during the training, so I had to explore them on my own afterward. But overall, the balance between guidance and self-exploration left me ready to use the tool effectively for remote workflows.
