Training helped, but self-study was pretty involved

The training and onboarding process was a bit of a blend of guided information and situations where I had to figure things out myself. From the initial sign-up steps to learning how to make full use of the dialer and calling tools, the structured content did a good job of introducing the basic functions. However, when it came to integrating the database with my existing workflow or customizing certain automatic updates, I found the instructions not quite thorough enough. This meant a fair amount of experimentation on my part, toggling features and reviewing support materials to get the hang of things. On the plus side, telephonic support was accessible and willing to help with specific questions, although some answers came after more waiting than I’d prefer. The invoice and payment process was simple and transparent, which made continuing easy. It’s clear that the core training scope covers essential points very well, but advanced tasks may need more self-driven effort. While this wasn’t always convenient, it did encourage me to learn thoroughly rather than skim through. So, overall, training went well in introducing fundamentals, but real mastery demanded personal initiative alongside the provided material.
