Training had useful parts but finding info wasn’t always easy

I found the training to be a mixed experience in terms of how easy it was to locate what I needed. On one hand, the modules were logically broken up, so when I knew roughly what topic I wanted, it wasn’t too difficult to navigate. The search function though could be better; sometimes I had to guess different keywords before the relevant section appeared. Also, some of the training content was buried inside submenus or tabs, which made it harder to spot quickly during onboarding. The labeling was clear enough once I was there, but the initial discovery phase sometimes felt a bit clunky. I liked that the training covered practical applications like using the dialer tool and managing contacts in the database. That helped me get started with confidence, but I wish the roadmap or overview of the curriculum was more visible upfront. That would have helped me understand the flow and plan my learning better. During onboarding, the layout of the instructions was straightforward but not always consistent across sections, so I occasionally had to double-check steps with the manual. Overall, the system worked well enough for me to get through the basics, but I’d say the experience left room for smoothing out the flow and making resource navigation more intuitive. It was a decent mix of straightforward explanation and occasional obstacles in finding exactly what I wanted, resulting in a balanced but not flawless training experience.
