Training had ups and downs with errors
Reflecting back on the training and onboarding process, I recall a mixed experience where both good and frustrating moments stood out. The initial modules were well-structured and provided clear guidance, which helped me grasp the software basics quickly. However, when things went wrong, like misconfigurations in the dialer settings or database imports failing, the process showed cracks. Though there was telephonic support available to help correct errors, sometimes the responses were delayed and not detailed enough to resolve problems smoothly on the first try. That led to some wasted time and repeated attempts learning the workflow. Conversely, automatic updates worked quite reliably and did not disrupt my work, which was a relief. The invoicing and payment steps were straightforward, a bright spot amid the rough patches. Even though some parts of the training felt insufficiently prepared to handle unexpected issues, overall I felt that the program eventually got me operational. The balance of helpful and problematic experiences left me cautiously optimistic, recognizing the value but also aware of gaps that could be improved for better handling of errors.
