Training had ups and downs over time

Looking back at my time using the training and onboarding modules, I can say it had its clear strengths and weaknesses. At first, the initial setup and sign-up felt clunky and the detailed tutorials weren't very intuitive, making me wonder if I could keep up. However, once I passed the beginner stage, daily usage of the software and the training tools started to feel more manageable. The calls I could place via the dialer integrated fairly well into my workflow after I got used to it. On several occasions, automatic updates brought helpful fixes and new features, which enhanced my experience over time. At the same time, some of the telephonic support didn’t quite resolve the issues I faced promptly, and occasional confusion around invoice details made me pause. Even though it wasn’t the smoothest ride day to day, I found value in the training after spending a couple of weeks navigating its quirks. Overall, it was a mixed bag of helpful steps forward alongside frustrating glitches that have yet to be ironed out completely.
