Training had strong points but also room for growth
Looking back on my experience with the WFHI training and onboarding, it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the initial setup of the calling tools and database was smooth and seemed more modern compared to what I’ve used previously. The automatic updates helped keep the software running efficiently without manual intervention. On the other hand, the training itself felt somewhat rushed during the database walkthrough, and I had to pause or replay some parts multiple times to understand the workflow fully. Unlike some other platforms where training felt individualized, this one was a bit generalized, which sometimes left me wondering how to apply it to my specific needs. Support calls were helpful but limited to business hours, which didn’t always align with my schedule. The invoicing and payment steps followed a simple pattern. So overall, the experience was decent, but not perfect; it worked well in some areas but left room to enhance the onboarding process for future users.
