Training had some waiting but no repetitive parts
My experience with the WFHI training and onboarding was quite balanced. On one hand, the sessions were well segmented which meant I occasionally had to wait before moving on to the next module. This felt little inconvenient at times, especially when I was ready to proceed quickly. On the other hand, each training topic was covered only once, so I didn't have to sit through repeated content which helped keep my interest and pace steady. The training materials were informative but could have included more real-world examples to better connect the concepts. While I appreciated that repetition was low, I did miss a bit of interactive review which could've reinforced the learning better. Still, the overall flow was smooth and helped me understand the remote workflow software.
