Training had some useful parts
By the end of the onboarding, I felt only somewhat confident about using the software properly. The training involved a lot of information that was quite basic and sometimes repetitive, which didn’t help much with building my skills quickly. However, the sessions where they explained the calling tool and database features stood out as relatively helpful. They were clear enough that I could follow along without too much trouble, which is more than I can say for the invoicing and payment parts, which felt a bit rushed and unclear. I didn’t feel fully prepared to handle some of the software’s functionalities on my own yet. Still, the support team was available whenever I reached out, and that was probably the most positive aspect of the whole process. Overall, the training had good elements, but I think improvement could be made to help build more confidence among new users.
