Training had some patience-testing parts alongside useful aspects

The training was a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, I appreciated that the trainers tried to cover all the essentials in detail, and the onboarding flow was clear enough to follow once I got started. But on the other hand, I felt there was too much repetition in explaining the same features, which made the sessions drag longer than they needed to. Waiting times between scheduled calls or replies from support sometimes felt a bit frustrating especially when I was eager to move forward. That said, I can credit that the database features were well explained overall and accessible once set up, which was a relief. Still, I think the training could benefit from being a bit more streamlined or skipping steps depending on the learner’s pace. So, there were some positives, but those were somewhat overshadowed by the pacing and repeated content that didn't always feel necessary.
