Training had some good parts but left me puzzled sometimes
When I started the training and onboarding with this software, I genuinely thought everything would be outlined clearly from start to finish. However, I soon realized I was expected to figure out a lot of the workflow by myself, which was frustrating. There were basic instructions, indeed, and I appreciated the straightforwardness there, but it lacked the depth and step-by-step guidance that I was hoping for. The calling tools and dialer features were introduced in the sessions, but the training jumped around topics occasionally, leaving me uncertain how to use the database effectively within my daily work. I also noticed that automatic updates didn’t have much explanation, so I was unsure if any new functionalities impacted what I already knew. Although telephonic support was available, the onboarding phase felt mostly like self-learning, which was a downside for me given that I prefer clearer handholding when adapting to new software. I will give them credit where it’s due — the user interface is quite intuitive once you get the hang of it, so that helped me figure things out eventually. Overall, the experience was mixed, leaning toward the negative because I expected more thorough training rather than having to work out so much solo.
