Training had nice steps but some labels confused me
As I went through the onboarding training, I appreciated the generally warm tone and the clear presentation of content. The steps used in the training seemed to guide the process well and the trainers were patient with questions. However, I ran into some confusion with a few labels and terms used in the software interface. These labels were not always intuitive or consistent with the explanations given, which made it difficult sometimes to follow along smoothly. This caused me to pause and double-check at multiple points which slowed my progress. Despite this, I found that the use of the training database feature was helpful and the overall software environment was supportive. What stood out positively was the way the updates were handled automatically, without requiring much action from me. The payment and invoice process was also straightforward. While the majority of the experience was positive, I do feel that improving label clarity could enhance the onboarding effectiveness significantly for future users like me.
