Training had its moments, but some waits dragged on

Hey, I wanted to share how the onboarding and training went down with WFHI. Honestly, some bits were good – like when I first got to use the calling tools and the dialer, that part clicked pretty fast. I liked how the automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about versions. But the training sessions themselves? Yeah, they involved some boring repetition. Like, they'd cover the same dashboard stuff multiple times, and sometimes I ended up waiting ages for the next sessions or support callbacks. That was annoying. I messaged one of my friends about it and he said that's kind of normal with these software trainings. The database feature was cool, though—it fit into how I wanted to organize my contacts nicely. Signing up and paying was straightforward, thankfully, because that part was quick and painless. So all in all, things worked out okay, but I’d say the training could trim down the repeat info and speed up the waiting times. Otherwise, the dialer and features I needed were solid and I’m using them daily now.
