Training had its highs and lows for me
Thinking back on the training, I feel it was somewhat up and down. On the one hand, the sequence of onboarding steps made sense, and I appreciated how the basic functions were covered clearly. Still, there were moments where I noticed some repetition in training modules, which felt a bit slow at times. Sometimes I was waiting between sessions or updates during which I could have been using the software more actively. The highlights included getting comfortable with the dialer and database features after the initial lessons. But on the flip side, I did find parts of the training dragging on more than necessary. It left me wondering if a more concise approach might be helpful for users who pick up fast. That said, the telephonic support was there when I needed it, so waiting wasn’t totally frustrating. The payment and invoicing parts did not add to the hassle. Overall, it was a mixed experience that made me think training should strike a balance between thoroughness and keeping things brisk. I’m still unsure if the pacing was ideal, but I definitely walked away with a better understanding than when I started, even if it took some patience to get through certain sections.
