Training had good parts, but onboarding left me stuck and frustrated
Initially, I found the training offered by WFHI to be fairly informative, so that was reassuring. The modules covered many aspects of the software, and the demo calls helped me understand dialing tools a bit better. However, when it came to onboarding, I ran into several problems. The sign-up process had unclear instructions and seemed disjointed, leaving me confused about what to do next. I attempted to reach telephonic support, which was helpful to some extent but couldn't resolve my issues fully. The automatic updates apparently were meant to ease new features in, but they disrupted my settings and made me feel like I was always catching up. The database management also didn’t behave as expected during my trial period, which made workflow integration difficult. Overall, while training taught me some useful concepts, the onboarding experience had frustrating difficulties that I struggled to overcome. It was a mix of good content and poor execution that just didn't work well for me.
