Training had good parts but also some clear downsides
Compared to previous online trainings I have experienced, the WFHI onboarding presented both positive and negative aspects. On the one hand, the software interface was intuitive, and the stepwise training modules were fairly comprehensive. The database feature in particular aligned well with my workflow, allowing easy organization that I found better than some comparable platforms. However, certain parts of the training felt repetitive and dragged longer than necessary, which was frustrating. Additionally, the telephonic support was not as responsive as I had hoped, with some delays in getting answers to technical questions. While the automatic updates did keep the system current without hassle, the overall lack of seamless assistance pulled down my satisfaction. This combination implies that while WFHI offers useful tools and useful training elements, there is still room for improvement in delivery and responsiveness that could make the experience more efficient.
