Training got me through routine use, but not fully reliable day to day
I found that the training provided a reasonable foundation for daily use, but the software did not always behave consistently throughout the working week. While initial onboarding sessions explained the core workflow clearly, some features like the calling tools and database updates sometimes failed during routine tasks. This introduced delays and occasional confusion during my day-to-day remote work. The automatic updates were helpful in delivering new features and bug fixes, but sometimes they caused interruptions that required manual reconnections or retries, which slowed me down. Telephonic support was accessible and provided assistance but often with wait times and back-and-forth calls, which could be frustrating when I needed immediate responses. The invoicing and payment process was relatively smooth and transparent, which helped avoid confusion on the administrative side. Overall, the training helped me understand the software, but reliability issues in daily operation meant it didn’t fully support my workflow as expected. For someone willing to invest patience and adapt, it works, but the software sometimes fell short of being dependable during routine usage. I would expect improvements in stability and smoothness to make the daily experience more consistent.
