Training got me running with just a few bumps
I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical before the training started because sometimes these programs promise the moon but don’t exactly deliver. The onboarding sessions mostly lined up with what I expected – they covered the essentials of using the database and how to navigate the dialer, which are the core parts I needed. What slowed me down a little was how some parts of the calling tools didn’t feel quite as intuitive at first. The training did mention these features, but having to remember where everything was took a few extra tries on my side. Still, the telephonic support was handy when I hit those bumps. The sign-up and invoicing process was painless, which helped me get everything set quickly. Looking back, the training matched what I hoped for, even if I had to repeat myself or revisit parts a couple of times. For someone prepping for remote work operations, it’s a solid starting point with room to improve user comfort.
