Training good for self-starters, not great if you want hand-holding
After going through the training and onboarding process, I feel like it really comes down to how much patience and independence you have. I found that while the training materials were there, a lot was left for me to figure out on my own. The database features, for instance, weren’t as intuitive as I expected, and some calling tools were not clearly explained. If you’re good at exploring things yourself and don’t mind little trial-and-error, this will probably suit you. But if you need step-by-step guidance or prefer hand-holding, then this might not be the best fit. I’m a bit weary of repeating this explanation because I think the company could do better to make the onboarding smoother. It would save users like me from struggling so much before settling in. Still, it’s workable; just comes down to what kind of learner you are.
