Training good, but onboarding thoda lamba laga
Mujhe WFHI ki training process achhi lagi kyunki sab kuch step-by-step explain kiya gaya tha, especially jab main apne remote workflows ko set kar rahi thi. Onboarding mein thoda time laga, maybe because of adapting to new tools like the dialer aur database features. Lekin training sessions aur self-help materials ne mera kaafi help kiya that main jaldi samajh paoon. Practical approach se training useful thi, actually various tools ko handle karna bhi sikhaya gaya tha. Lekin main thodi aur speed chahti thi, training thodi slow thi mere liye especially jab basic things ko baar-baar explain kiya gaya tha. Automated updates ne workflow mein smoothness laya, par onboarding mein thodi der lag gayi thi to get fully ready. Overall, the service mera kaam karne mein help karta hai even if thode delays hain joins and learning curve mein. I think agar thoda aur quick onboarding hota toh it would have been perfect for my daily routine.
