Training good but not as expected
I had expected the training and onboarding experience from WorkFromHomeIndia to be more comprehensive based on the descriptions I had seen earlier. Compared to other remote workflow platforms I have tried, this one seemed to fall short in providing detailed walkthroughs and hands-on exercises. The initial modules covered the basics well enough, but I found the progression a bit rushed and lacking depth, especially concerning advanced features like the dialer and database functions which I needed for my workflow. On the positive side, the software itself was reasonably intuitive and the automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about manual maintenance. Yet, I felt the onboarding left me wanting more clarity and support on some key features, making it somewhat frustrating compared to what I anticipated. So overall, it’s a passable experience but not quite meeting my previous training expectations.
