Training gave me confidence at the end
When I first started with the onboarding process, I expected it to be more hands-off, but there was quite a bit I had to figure out on my own. The initial training modules gave a decent overview of the software, mainly covering basics of the database features and the dialer tools. However, I found that setting up the calling workflows needed trial and error rather than clear step-by-step guidance. Over the week, as I experimented with the dialer system and how automatic updates affected my routine, I gradually got comfortable. The telephonic support was available for questions, but I preferred sorting through the training content first. Finally, the invoicing and payment interface was easy enough to handle without needing additional help, and the sign-up flow was straightforward as promised. In the end, I was able to manage the software adequately, though more detailed initial walkthroughs would have saved some time. Overall, the result is positive since I now feel confident running the core functionalities, even though I had to invest effort initially figuring things out independently.
