Training gave basics but left room for doubt
The training I undertook with WFHI provided a decent introduction to the software and helped me set up my basic workflows smoothly. I appreciated the practical demonstrations of the dialer and database features, which clarified how I could manage remote communication better. Yet, toward the end of the onboarding, I still felt unsure about some more advanced functionalities and certain steps in the automatic update process. The trainers seemed to cover what was necessary but didn’t always dive deeply into complexities or troubleshooting scenarios that I might face in daily use. On the plus side, the structure of the sessions was organized and covered a sensible sequence, which gave me a good foundation to start using the tools independently. But I also noticed that confidence in handling issues without always seeking support wasn’t fully developed by the end. This mixed feeling means that while the training did do the job of getting me started, I would say it left me needing a bit more practice or follow-up support to feel completely at ease.
