Training follows a reasonable order with minor room for improvement

The training and onboarding process provided by WFHI was generally well-structured. Steps were laid out in a sensible sequence, which allowed me to progress logically through the setup of the software and use of the calling tools. It started with a clear explanation of the dashboard and then moved to more detailed aspects such as the dialer and database integration. However, I did notice that some modules seemed a bit rushed, especially when covering the more technical components like automatic updates and syncing the database with my workflow. At times, I felt these sections could benefit from being more detailed or split into smaller chunks to help users absorb the information better. The telephonic support complemented the trainings well by providing additional clarification when needed. Sign-up and payment procedures were also clearly explained early on, which avoided confusion later. Overall, the training delivered a coherent introduction to the software and provided a solid foundation to work from. While not perfect, the order of presentation made logical sense and will likely suit most users trying to familiarize themselves with the system.
