Training fixes took a while but they really helped
I’ve probably explained this before, but honestly, the training really took longer than expected when things went wrong. It wasn’t a quick fix by any means. There were multiple occasions when the onboarding process got stuck because errors happened, and it felt like a drawn-out experience. However, the support and corrective steps they provided were effective once we got through the frustrating patch. Patience was key in sticking it out. The whole process might have been quicker had the software been more stable initially, but I respect how the training helped me understand how to manage problems if they arise. It took time, but it was worth the effort now.
