Training fits with my hours, no complaints
Honestly, the training and onboarding experience with WFHI suited my schedule pretty well, despite a few small hiccups along the way. The materials and sessions were flexible enough that I could manage them around the hours I usually work, which made a big difference because I avoid early mornings or late nights. The trainers were understanding when I had to pause or reschedule certain parts, which I really appreciated. The one thing that stuck with me was their emphasis on the calling tools and how we could optimize dialer usage without disrupting the workflow. I kept thinking about how useful the database management training would be once I’m deep into my actual tasks since it felt relevant and not just generic advice. The onboarding covered a lot, but it never felt rushed or overwhelming, which is key when you’re balancing other commitments. I also noticed the automatic updates kept the software fresh during the weeks I was training, and that alignment helped me learn features as they were evolving. The invoicing and payment explanation during onboarding was straightforward too, so no surprises there. All in all, I’d say the whole training and onboarding setup genuinely worked well considering my actual working hours, which makes me say good job without reservations.
