Training fits fairly well, just a bit strict on timing
The training schedule set by WFHI mostly worked for the hours I actually keep in my daily routine. The sessions are timed so that they don’t overlap with typical work hours, which I appreciated because it allowed me to stay focused without juggling too much. That said, some modules felt a bit rigid in their timing — there wasn’t much option to shift them if I had unexpected commitments during the day. I think the training would fit really well for most users who have a standard daytime routine, but it might be less flexible for those with varying hours or family responsibilities. Overall, I would tell a friend that the training is good in terms of fitting your working hours, but it pays to plan ahead and stick to the schedule since rescheduling isn’t very flexible here.
