Training fit well with my hours, it really worked out
I felt quite positive about the training and onboarding because it really fit the hours I actually work day to day. The sessions weren’t too long or scheduled at awkward times, which made it convenient to attend without interfering with my routine. The practical focus of the training meant I could immediately apply what I learned, especially using the calling tools and database features in live scenarios. The onboarding flow helped me get started without feeling overwhelmed, allowing me to learn at a steady pace. I think this approach made sure I absorbed enough to keep going confidently, rather than just rushing through material. Overall, the training did the job it was meant to - helping me become comfortable with the software during real working hours rather than off times that wouldn’t have worked for me.
