Training fit the daily work hours, outcome was fine
The training and onboarding process was balanced in a way that it generally fit the hours I actually work. While I was neither overwhelmed nor underwhelmed, the sessions were structured enough to provide clear guidance without cutting into rest of the day. The timing was predictable enough to plan ahead, which is important when managing work-life balance. That said, there were moments when the training content felt a bit generalized, which made me wonder if more tailored modules could better suit varying schedules. The software setup instructions were mostly straightforward, and I was able to integrate the calling tools and database without much of an issue. Ultimately, my overall outcome was decent—I can say the training prepared me adequately for the remote workflow, though it might not completely cover those who work unusual hours or have more specific time constraints. So, the process suited my circumstances reasonably well but may need adjustments for others with different working patterns.
