Training fit my hours in some ways, but missed the mark in others
The onboarding process was pretty smooth for the parts that matched my workday hours. The training sessions were scheduled around typical office timing, which was helpful for synchronizing with other team members using the software. However, some modules had live sessions that often clashed with my peak productivity times, making it hard to participate fully. On the plus side, recorded versions were available, but they weren't as interactive, so I missed out on asking questions in real time. I also noticed that certain features in the studio and call dialer interfaces were updated during my first week, and while the updates were seamless, the timing disrupted the training flow a bit. The database integration part was introduced later and required extra reading beyond the training hours I had set aside, which meant extending my workday sometimes. Overall, the training and onboarding fitted the typical work hours unevenly; some elements aligned well, others less so. It was not fully optimized to consider flexibility for different working patterns, which could use improvement. Still, I appreciated the telephonic support team being available when I needed to clarify topics quickly. The sign-up and payment steps went without issue, so starting the software was hassle-free at least in that regard.
