Training finished in just a few days
I've used a handful of onboarding solutions before, and this WFHI training really stood out because it didn’t waste time with unnecessary fluff. The sessions are designed to quickly help you understand how to run remote workflows effectively, and it genuinely did the job in the time frame promised. The walkthroughs for the software were clear and to the point, which was a big change from other programs I've tried that drag on and have a lot of filler. Everything from the dialer tools to the database features was introduced in a practical way, so by the end of the onboarding, I felt ready to start using the system. There was also a nice balance to the training materials — not too much detail upfront, but enough to solve the common issues. I appreciated that the automatic updates part of the training gave me peace of mind, knowing I wouldn’t have to micromanage the software constantly.
