Training fine but day to day it's a mix of hits and misses
The training sessions were clear enough to get me familiar with the dialer, database features, and how to navigate the dashboard. After the initial onboarding phase, day-to-day usage has been consistent with some ups and downs. On good days, the calling tools work smoothly, updates install automatically without intervention, and payment invoicing is hassle-free. However, there are times when the dialer lags or the database synchronization slows down which can disrupt the workflow. Telephonic support is available but not always immediately responsive, although they do eventually help resolve issues. Overall, the software offers mostly reliable operation balanced with occasional glitches that can be frustrating but are manageable over time. It’s neither perfect nor bad, just a practical tool with normal imperfections that you learn to work around as you use it regularly.
