Training Felt Time-Consuming and Repetitive
Engaging with the WFHI training and onboarding process required quite a bit more effort than I anticipated. There were several occasions where I found myself waiting through repeated explanations of the same software features, which made the sessions feel longer than necessary. The onboarding flow was structured but somewhat slow, causing a delay in getting fully started with the calling tools and database features. While the trainers were warm and patient, the repetition did not feel very productive, especially when I had already encountered some parts during the sign-up flow. Additionally, some parts of the process involved waiting due to system updates that seemed to occur unexpectedly, interrupting smooth progress. On the one good hand, I did appreciate the clarity of the instructions once things were actually explained, and the telephonic support was available to clear doubts as they arose. However, the entire onboarding took more time than expected and involved some idle waiting that could have been avoided with better preparation. This made the overall experience require more energy and patience than I would have liked, leaving me hopeful that future updates will streamline it.
