Training felt shaky when things did not go as planned

My experience with the training and onboarding at WFHI was mixed, leaning more towards the negative side due to how issues were handled. Initially, the training modules started off fine, but when I encountered technical problems during the onboarding with the dialer tool, I found the procedures to fix them lacking. The instructions felt vague and the support seemed slow to respond, leaving me waiting longer than I felt reasonable to get the help I needed. This delay affected how quickly I could progress through the setup. That said, the initial training content itself was clear and well structured, which I will admit did provide some benefit when it was working properly. The database feature was explained decently, but again, when glitches happened there was little guidance on how to troubleshoot on my own. I believe that a more responsive problem-solving method or clearer fallback options could have improved my confidence and overall experience. In summary, while I appreciated the attempt to provide comprehensive training, the way issues were managed left me feeling stuck for longer than expected, making the entire process feel less smooth than it ought to have been.
