Training felt out of sync with my working hours
I found the training and onboarding process quite frustrating because the scheduled sessions did not align well with the hours I actually work. It seemed designed with a broad audience in mind, but this flexibility was missing for someone with variable timing like myself. Whenever I tried to access support during my usual working periods, it was often unavailable, or I was left waiting too long to get any assistance. The onboarding materials were somewhat generic and didn’t address the practical constraints of adjusting the software to a non-standard schedule. Even the calling tools and dialer configurations felt rigid, lacking support for users who don’t stick to a typical nine-to-five routine. Overall, this made the initial setup cumbersome and unpleasant, as I had to juggle my time trying to keep up with training modules during inconvenient hours. The sign-up and payment aspects were smoother, but the training experience left me quite dissatisfied because it didn’t fit my personal schedule. I’m aware this might work for others, but it simply didn’t suit my working style or timings.
