Training felt okay but one thing really stood out
I've used a few training platforms for remote work, and the onboarding with WFHI was fairly practical but had some ups and downs. The initial tutorials were clear and helped me set up calling tools and the database quickly, which was really helpful compared to previous experiences that felt more cluttered. However, some aspects of the training felt a bit rushed, especially when it came to configuring the dialer settings. Before I knew it, the session moved on without enough time to practice some of the tapping controls, which I found frustrating. The onboarding flow got me from zero to basic functioning smoothly, yet I still had to refer back to documentation to fill in gaps. One good point was the training covered the new update features well, explaining what was new in a concise way. But the setup process sometimes felt uneven because some modules were very detailed and others oddly brief. Overall, WFHI did the job when it came to getting me started, though I'd hope for a bit more balanced pacing in future training sessions so the learning feels smoother and less fragmented.
