Training felt like what I expected, so-so overall
Going into the training and onboarding, I had certain expectations based on the introductory materials. The sessions mostly aligned with what I thought, covering the core software and calling tools adequately. However, the pace sometimes felt slow, and when it came to the advanced features like database management, it felt a bit underwhelming. I had hoped for a deeper dive in some areas, but those were left mostly unexplored. Automatic updates were mentioned only briefly, so their impact wasn’t clear from the start. On the bright side, the sign-up and invoicing procedures were as straightforward as I’d anticipated. Telephonic support was available but didn’t impress much beyond basic assistance. Overall, the training met my expectations without exceeding them, so the whole experience was, in a phrase, fairly routine. It’s not bad but doesn’t feel especially exciting either. If you’ve seen similar software trainings before, this will probably feel familiar.
