Training felt disjointed; onboarding one-off issues stood out

The initial setup of the software seemed straightforward when I started the training modules, but as I progressed, it became clear that much of the setup work felt like a one-time push rather than an ongoing integrated process. I found the onboarding steps to be a bit disjointed, jumping between topics without a smooth flow. The database integration requires a fair bit of initial effort, yet the training didn’t provide adequate guidance on maintaining it over time. What particularly frustrated me was the lack of clear structure on how to handle recurring tasks post-setup. The calling tools and dialer features are powerful but demand significant personalization, which wasn’t covered in enough detail during onboarding. Automatic updates happened quietly, but any new changes required me to troubleshoot independently because training did not address them. Telephonic support was polite but limited in scope and seemed to treat my questions as outliers rather than common concerns. Invoicing and payment processes were perhaps the only area where things went smoothly without confusion. Due to these combined issues, I struggle to see how the training supports ongoing usability. The entire experience made me feel like a lot of the setup was a one-off chore rather than part of a continuous learning curve, which is disappointing given the effort I invested.
