Training felt clearer compared to what I experienced before
Compared to previous onboarding experiences with similar software, I found the training and onboarding process here to be more structured and intuitive. Before, I had to struggle through unclear instructions, but this felt more like guided learning with a good balance of theory and practical exercises. The trainers were responsive and managed to keep things engaging despite the remote setup. One small reservation, though, is that I wished the pacing was a bit slower because sometimes we moved on before everyone was fully confident. Overall, I was able to get up to speed faster than expected, which exceeded my initial hopes.
