Training felt balanced with responsive help when needed
My experience with the WFHI training and onboarding has been pretty balanced. When I first signed up, I found the materials quite comprehensive, covering most basics and giving a good overview of the software’s features. However, there were moments when I felt a bit stuck, particularly while navigating the advanced call dialer settings. That’s when the responsiveness of the support team caught my attention. On one hand, I appreciate that the initial training wasn’t just overwhelming me with information; it let me discover many things myself, which helped me learn better. On the other, whenever I reached out via phone support, help was timely and answers were detailed, which was encouraging. The sign-up and payment process had a smooth flow without surprises, making the initial experience comfortable. I also liked that the software received automatic updates without interrupting my work, and notifications were clear about changes. Using the database alongside calling tools fit well with my workflow but occasionally needed some troubleshooting, for which support was quite ready to assist. Overall, the training setup felt balanced — enough self-learning paired with reachable, effective human assistance — which, for me, made the whole onboarding feel supportive and confident rather than rushed or neglected.
