Training feels frustrating after some time

Initially the training sessions were okay, and the onboarding tutorials covered the basics clearly. But as days passed, I started noticing that some of the steps felt repetitive and didn’t quite fit the real workflow I follow on a routine basis. I found the dialer tool sometimes glitchy during calls, making it harder to track client conversations smoothly. Updates to the software didn't always help as they occasionally changed interface elements without much notification. The database feature, which was touted as central, sometimes felt clunky and not intuitive. I also felt that ongoing support didn’t always offer prompt solutions for day-to-day issues that arose after the initial setup. It was as if the real learning began when I faced problems alone rather than during the structured training process. On occasion, the invoicing system misaligned with the steps I expected, adding to my frustration. Despite this, I’m sticking with it because there are useful parts, though it requires patience and adaptation. In short: training worked in principle but the day-to-day use exposed shortcomings that I’m still coming to terms with.
