Training failure mostly due to lack of issue handling

I had pretty high hopes about the WFHI training modules because the idea of integrating remote workflows with proper guidance sounded promising. Unfortunately, my experience during onboarding didn’t go as smoothly as I expected. The training material did not quite prepare me for the glitches I encountered while using their dialer tool extensively over the week. The instructions lacked clarity on troubleshooting steps and when I faced repeated errors during calls, there wasn’t sufficient support available. Despite multiple attempts to contact telephonic support, the responses were delayed and often vague, which only added to my frustration rather than solving the problem. Sign-up and payment procedures were straightforward enough, but that did little to salvage the overall experience. Moreover, automatic updates to the software introduced changes that weren’t accompanied by detailed explanations or training refreshers, making me lose track of some features entirely. Database synchronization problems also cropped up, and again, guidance on resolving these was missing. This combination of inadequate training on handling issues combined with subpar support communication left me feeling like I was not equipped to proceed confidently. I believe much more focus is required on practical troubleshooting in training and ensuring responsive, clear customer assistance. Without that, the product’s potential feels seriously compromised. This particular weak point in how problems going wrong are managed is something that stands out negatively for me.
