training explanations were unclear and left me confused
I had hoped the onboarding and training would guide me smoothly through using the software, but that wasn't really the case. Some of the instructions were not very clear or they seemed to jump quickly to advanced topics without laying down the basics properly. I kept wondering if I missed something or if the material just expected me to figure things out on my own. While there were some helpful tips provided, overall I felt a bit lost and had to re-watch parts or call support multiple times to understand essential steps. This lack of clarity slowed down my progress and made me uncertain about fully mastering the platform.
