Training explanations lacked clarity except for the dialer part
The training and onboarding provided by WFHI left me with mixed feelings regarding clarity. While most parts of the training were presented in a rather formal manner, the explanations felt too complex and sometimes vague, which made it difficult to follow the workflow setup thoroughly. This lack of clarity hindered my ability to learn efficiently and slowed down the onboarding process significantly. However, the one aspect that stood out positively was the explanation of the calling tools and dialer feature. This portion was described with sufficient detail and precision, enabling me to understand how to operate that part without confusion. Despite this, the overall training could have been more user-friendly and better structured to facilitate smoother learning across all modules. I was left hoping for clearer and more concise presentations to avoid such difficulties in future sessions.
